What you'll do
This role can be based in the UK (London/Newbury) and Spain (Madrid).

As the Product Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the Principal Product Manager in driving the Product roadmap in VCI, in strict collaboration with VCI Technology Innovation Centre and BRM & Delivery CoE. You will contribute to problem statement and need identification (both technical and non-technical), secure funding and sponsorship for the product roadmap by supporting business case definition, go-to-market, and communications plan and, finally, define the implementation plan ensuring proper prioritization of initiatives.

You will also be accountable for supporting the Principal Product Manager to manage the evolution of the product supporting BRM & Delivery activities and in accordance with Target Operating Model by collecting requirements and defining Product Strategy and roadmap, its feasibility, and related roll-out plans (incl. go-to-market).

You will support the team on triggering the implementation through the Delivery teams and the delivery Centre of Excellence (CoE) a variety of projects (e.g., automation projects, initiatives impacting Digital Services evolution, etc.). Moreover, you will support in monitoring the proper prioritization of the different initiatives, the projects statuses, and the value delivery, by defining key business & technical KPIs/criteria to be monitored and steadily communicated with end-users in a continuous feedback loop. 

Key responsibilities:

•    Support with owning the Product roadmap with focus on reducing complexity and improving standardisation, efficiency, and agility.
•    Support on Product planning, implementation plan and go-to-market strategy
•    Managing Product initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization and governance.
•    Help drive Products development and adoption within Local Markets, focusing on proactive demand and requirements collection and effective communication / change management plans 
Who you are
•    Experience of Agile development and Scaled Agile Framework practices
•    Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and experience in managing Product roadmap and related Portfolio Mgmt activities
•    Consolidated skills in terms of technical understanding of the product in scope
•    International experience and background across multiple markets. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
•    Good knowledge of overall IT infrastructure technologies and Products and in Cloud Infrastructure
•    Direct experience in managing customer relationships
•    Strong communication / interpersonal and good decision-making skills
