Product Manager - Wound Care - North West England Our client is an international player in the field of medical and hygiene products.
The core of their portfolio is made up of four individual business divisions: Wound Care; Continence Management; Risk Prevention and Disinfection.

Their healthcare products and solutions make an impact in millions of people's lives around the world on a daily basis – in hospitals, in clinics, and at home.
In this position you will be supporting the development and implementation of the short and long-term business strategy for the Wound Care Division including the marketing strategy, portfolio optimisation, pricing strategy and profit maximisation.
You will be personally responsible for executing plans that will secure sustained sales growth of your portfolios and position them as a major force in Wound Care throughout the UKI.
Key responsibilities include: Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the Wound Care (WC) Marketing Plan.
Prepare for and implement the launch of new products and service solutions to the Wound Care Division, aligned to Customer needs and challenges, presented as solutions.
Design, review and measure targeted offline and online marketing campaigns to promote product and service solutions to existing and potential customers, in line with the WC Marketing Plan.
Working with the Clinical Marketing Lead, engage with Customer groups and individual KOLs to ensure customer engagement, opinion and input is regularly considered and utilised.
Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams working on key strategic projects.
Support the Wound Care tender process when required.
Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams, to design, update and maintain literature, ensuring they are aligned to the needs of internal and external customer.
Supporting the Digital Content & Channel Manager, to ensure Website is regularly updated.
Support the Marketing Manager for all customer events related to Wound Care (internal and external).
Responsible for delivering ITC content related to relevant product portfolio.
Person Specification: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject Professional membership of CIM - desirable Product management and marketing experience preferably within the medical devices / healthcare arena Demonstrable commercial success Passion to "make a difference" to health Exceptional and consistent customer focus Experience in project management Strong networking skills High level of commercial awareness True team player demonstrating a one team approach Ability and desire to coach and develop others In return, you can expect an excellent financial package, and you will also have the chance to represent a people-focused business that invests heavily in its UK business to remain at the forefront of the marketplace.
