By combining cutting-edge technology, robust custody solutions, and a focus on governance and compliance, Zodia Custody meets the complex needs of institutional investors.    What you'll be doing   This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at Zodia Custody.
 The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem and a proven track record of product management in digital assets.  Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles within a FinTech, including previous digital assets-related experience of at least 2 years An ability to motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives in building Zodia' Custody's products and services An ability to identify significant opportunities in an ambiguous area, build consensus around the roadmap, and work with the internal teams to execute Ownership of the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area A "can do" attitude.

As the digital assets world evolves, so do our priorities; What you worked on last week may not be what you work on today, and that excites you.   A strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders  An ability to summarize findings and prepare recommendations that effectively communicate gaps, trends, patterns, and relevant information to a senior/executive-level audience Strong organization, project and time management skills  Strong verbal and written communication skills   Nice to have  Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution  A desire and drive to learn, grow and have impact quickly as part of an expanding team  Digital assets-related or product management-related qualifications / certifications   ·       Additional languages are a plus.
