We seek a Product Manager for a fast-growing e-commerce tech scaleup that is redefining online retail through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.

The Role :
As part of the product management team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of core product offerings.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, you will ensure the delivery of innovative solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals.

You will define the product roadmap, prioritise features, and drive product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities :
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other teams to deliver product features on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and prioritize features.
Analyse key performance metrics and product data to assess success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
Lead product discovery sessions, including customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, and user testing.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the development cycle.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from discovery to launch and beyond.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics tools, and customer feedback loops.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to balance technical and business considerations while managing multiple priorities.
A collaborative team player with a passion for problem-solving and delivering impactful products.
Experience with API integrations and payment gateways would be a distinct advantage.
