Act as the main point of contact between cross-functional teams, including development, design, and leadership.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring clarity and feasibility of tasks for the development team.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure optimal team performance.
Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and specifications.
Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and strategy.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and updates, maintaining an ambitious development velocity.
Communicate effectively with all team members, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Quarterback user feedback and proactive interviews, to build a clear idea of holes, and lead on ensuring those are filled as quickly as possible. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a Product Manager or similar role, within a tech business.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
High energy, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
A futuristic outlook and understanding of current technology trends. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years product management experience Knowledge of blockchain technologies and Web3 Experience working with AI UK-based, ideally in London, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
