Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will own a product line and play a pivotal role in driving the development, strategy, and delivery of innovative solutions for customers.
You'll be responsible for a small team to execute on a dynamic roadmap.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of a product line or feature set, defining and executing the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, sales, engineering, and marketing, to gather input, drive alignment, and ensure product success.
Communicate effectively across teams to keep everyone informed about progress, challenges, and priorities Develop and drive the product strategy, identifying opportunities to differentiate in competitive markets Analyse market trends, customer insights, and data to guide product direction and decision-making Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows in the insurance industry Skills required
Proven experience as a Product Manager, either in insurance or insurtech Strong track record of owning and delivering successful products or features Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, anticipate market trends, and think critically about priorities In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including customer needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics
