We're looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to deliver a world-class experience for Mumsnet's thriving online community.
As a key part of our product team, you'll shape the future of the UK's largest website for parents, impacting millions of users weekly and putting customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
You'll lead the development of innovative features across web, iOS, and Android, using user insights and experimentation to shape our roadmap.

What you'll do: Build a deep understanding of Mumsnet users' needs, behaviours, and goals.
Shape and deliver a product strategy aligned with our North Star Metric (habitual weekly users).
Collaborate with UX, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful, user-focused features.
Manage your product backlog, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring timely delivery.
Validate features through A/B testing and experimentation, iterating based on insights.
Track performance metrics to ensure features deliver measurable value for users and the business.
Champion a culture of innovation, user-centric design, and continuous improvement.
How we'll support you Weekly or bi-weekly 1-1 with line manager to review progress, agree roles, provide support; Formal appraisal process; Bespoke learning platforms to support your development - bi-weekly DEAL sessions, training to be agreed with your line manager; Initial cross training across the Community team; Initial briefing sessions with relevant business partners; Ongoing on the job training from your line manager.
This role reports into the Head of Product and is based in our offices in Kentish Town.
This role is full-time hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 working from home. Who we are Mumsnet is the UK's biggest website for parents, and our purpose is to make their lives easier.
We've got some of the busiest forums in Europe, with users offering each other advice and support 24/7 (as well as more content, bloggers, videos, events and campaigns than you can shake a rattle at).

The ideal candidate will be outcome-driven, data-savvy, and eager to create products that delight our users while delivering tangible business impact.
Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in product management, having successfully led product initiatives in multiple roles, collaborating closely with technical and design teams to deliver impactful results.
Solid understanding of core product management processes: problem analysis, development, testing, iteration, and launch.
Proven ability to deliver features that balance user needs with business goals.
Strong user empathy with the ability to translate pain points into innovative solutions.
Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure success.
Skilled at managing competing priorities, writing user stories, and maintaining a product backlog.
Effective communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders and teams on goals and solutions.
Hands-on experience delivering MVPs and iterating based on feedback and A/B testing.
Familiar with Lean UX and hypothesis-driven experimentation to validate ideas.
It'd be nice if you had: Experience working on highly successful B2C websites or apps, ideally with a large, habitual user base.
Experience with mobile product development (iOS and Android).
Proficiency with tools like: Figma for wireframing and prototyping Amplitude for analytics Prior experience in community-driven platforms or content-focused websites.
