Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of FX and liquidity products, from concept through to delivery and ongoing management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and operations, to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end product management of FX and liquidity products, including ideation, planning, development, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Sales, Operations) and external stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.
Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including user testing, product enhancements, and ongoing performance evaluation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the product champion, communicating product vision, benefits, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements   Essential Skills : Proven experience as a Product Manager, with specific experience managing FX or liquidity-related products.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Solid understanding of the FX industry, liquidity models, and trading platforms.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  Desirable Skills : Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies).
Experience with product development in a financial services or fintech environment.
