This role is essential in overseeing the entire life-cycle of pump products, from initial concept through commercialisation to end-of-life management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Pump industry as well as expert knowledge in concept development and end-of-life product management.

Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Track and analyse financial metrics, including revenue, margins, and pricing, to guide strategies that maximise profitability and ensure sustained growth.
Partner with global sales teams, distributors, and customers to create a forward-looking product road-map informed by market trends, customer feedback, and competitor positioning.
Coordinate the launch of new products, ensuring effective training for internal teams and seamless integration into the market.
