Product Manager

I am recruiting for a new Product Manager role which is working for an organisation based in Leicestershire .
The organisation offers very flexible working of just one day office day per week, salary banding is £34,350 - £37,950.
The role is initially being recruited on a 6 months FTC , but it does also have the potential to become a permanent role .
This busy and exciting new role will include: - Responsibility for the day to day management, promotion and sourcing of a wide portfolio of varied products.
- Use knowledge and commercial experience to undertake sourcing activities, including but not limited to supply market and customer needs analysis.
- Be totally customer focused, engaging with customers and suppliers to ensure products/services meet customer needs and offer best value for money.
- Have the ability to recognise, maintain and strive to increase turnover through catalogue and web based promotions amongst other marketing media.
- Supplier Management - Regular meetings with suppliers to review KPI's and SLA's - Work with the Procurement team to write and update appropriate contract specifications and evaluate bids.
