We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the quality and vision of our software solution that can support improving patient care and create efficiencies for the NHS.
You will have extensive experience driving the development of technology products through understanding customer insights and stakeholder requirements.

What you'll do: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the entire product lifecycle of a series of new capabilities in our EMIS-X product set.
You will be joining a dynamic and exciting team that is driving the refinement of product management processes surrounding our EMIS-X product set.
Collaboration is key at EMIS, as a Product Manager you will work proactively with colleagues in the product team, development teams, internal stakeholders and most importantly our customers.
Your role will be to oversee refinement of the product management backlog, defining Epics and refining features to create a stable product roadmap which maintains a strategic focus in line with customer & stakeholder requirements.
We would look to you to strategically identify and evolve opportunities to support the product roadmap.
Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include; Accountability for the end-to-end product lifecycle management Gather market research and customer feedback, this is a key part of the role and will require a solution mindset alongside the ability to capture detailed requirements Analyse rich product utilisation data to identify trends in user behaviour and share insights with the broader team to feed into the roadmap.
Product development – regular engagement with users and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle to ensure the creation of products and features that delight our users and solve real challenges and problems facing our customers.
Communicating your vision of the features to internal and external stakeholders Managing the relationship between the sprint team(s) and the internal and external stakeholders Using agile development principles, work collaboratively to define features, sequenced and delivered in a way that will deliver optimal customer and business value.
Where required, lead and support operationalisation of product features and processes in line with customer and market requirements Who you'll be We need you to be an experienced Product Manager with a passion for innovation and developing products through the entire product lifecycle.
You will be inquisitive, understanding the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap to the market and the wider business.
Having worked in an agile environment previously, you will have a proven record of grasping the product element and drive integration.
Collaboration is essential; you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of engaging with product, technologists and operational teams where you're the focal point for the product.
Other professional and technical skills we are looking for you to demonstrate include; Experience working with multiple digital products whilst leading strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A real teamwork ethos and strong collaboration.
