Job Description As a Data Product Manager at ASOS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality data platforms, products, and analytics solutions.
Collaborating closely with Engineering Leads, you will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with ASOS's strategic business goals.
By solving the right problems and delivering innovative, scalable solutions, you will empower ASOS's teams to make data-driven decisions, foster innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for defining the "why" and "what" behind data product development, while partnering with engineering to determine the "how" and "when." Working across cross-functional teams, you will deliver data products that provide business value, enhance insights and enable a culture of data empowerment across the organisation.

Day to Day You will define and execute strategies for delivering impactful data solutions, spanning platform capabilities, core data products, and analytical insights.
Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, defining product requirements, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
You will ensure that data products are scalable, user centric, and compliant with governance and quality standards.
Qualifications About You Proven experience in data product management, including data platforms, core data models or analytical solutions.
Strong technical understanding of data systems, analytics and governance.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to define and deliver impactful data solutions.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management and roadmap development.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solving high-impact problems and delivering value.
Strong aptitude for learning and growing within the role, with some experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
Proficiency in collaborating with technical teams to deliver data products in alignment with business needs.
