This role offers the opportunity to own and optimise digital touchpoints across multiple brands, transforming the way teachers, schools, and parents engage with cutting-edge educational resources.

Key Responsibilities Conversion Optimisation: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify impactful changes across group websites, from teacher recruitment platforms to subscription-based training services.
Strategic Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, L&D, and IT teams to align on conversion strategies and execute high-impact initiatives.
Platform Management: Leverage tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and PowerBI to extract actionable insights; manage Wordpress sites and oversee agency/freelance UX/UI designers when needed.
Stakeholder Management: Evangelise the benefits of optimised user journeys and build strong partnerships across teams to prioritise high-ROI opportunities.
Profitability Focus: Use frameworks like ICE (Impact, Confidence, Effort) to ensure every intervention aligns with the group's growth and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in end-to-end CRO, ideally across both B2B and B2C digital journeys.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools.
Experience in UI/UX testing and implementation, with a good grasp of Wordpress (or a desire to learn).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across multiple business units.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable, profitable growth.
Bonus: Background in data analysis, consulting, or a related field.
