Skills/Responsibilities: Develop and implement the connected services strategy aligned with the overall business goals across RLCS / RPG.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvements.
Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for connected services based on customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with key stakeholder across RLCS, RPG, PMD Europe and other relevant teams to develop and deploy connected services.
Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through connected services.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve service offerings.
Provide support to customer service teams to resolve issues related to connected services.
Define product optimisation software requirements and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends, considering energy companies and third parties products.
Lead the development and enhancement of product optimisation software to improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems.
Collaborate with PMD Europe to create innovative solutions that provide real-time analytics and automated optimisation.
Experience: Strong understanding of heat pump systems and HVAC industry standards.
In-depth knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and connected services.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of product optimization techniques and software.
Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
