All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.Salary: £45k per annumThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Product team during a period of expansion as we look to bring in new roles to support our organisation's vision and ambitions.
This Product Manager role will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of CAF's charity facing and impact-driven products and services including our charity fundraising tool CAF Donate, social investment, grant making & advisory services.What you'll doAs Product Manager, you'll be integral to what we do.
From competitor reviews to pricing analysis there will be lots of opportunity for work on a strategic level, whilst also managing the day-to-day troubleshooting and product management, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
The role holder will support the management of these CAF products including developing CAF's future proposition in this area.
The product set currently includes Charity Dashboard, CAF Donate, Social Investment, Grantmaking and Advisory.As our Product Manager, Charities & Impact, you will:Help develop and execute customer and product strategy in partnership with the Senior Product Manager, Charities & Impact, bringing experience of charity platforms to the development of our digital giving propositionHelp develop clear product roadmaps and deliver initiatives covering; pricing, market positioning and opportunity, review of product features and overall propositionsWorking seamlessly across the Charity Partners and Impact Accelerator customer teams to support their business goals and help to drive innovationDrive the functional design of new - and improvements to existing - product solutions for our charity and impact-driven products, feeding into CAFs transformation programmeActing as a source of expertise on the product set and digital charity platformsAgree, monitor and input into the delivery of annual income targets in a way that supports CAF's longer term growth aspirations and wider objectives to stimulate overall level of giving and social investment.
Who you'll beThis role is for you if you have experience of working in product management or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.
