Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. It's built to empower developers to create smart contracts and decentralised applications with ease. Today, the Tezos ecosystem is made up of thousands of passionate community members actively involved in various projects and initiatives including the development of decentralised applications, smart contracts, and educational content. We're proud to partner with the likes of Manchester United, Ubisoft, and Societe Generale (to name a few). Some of the exciting projects built on the Tezos blockchain are (fx)hash, Objkt.com, Kord.fi and Kukai.
The Role
The Product team at Trilitech plays a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge products that redefine the possibilities of blockchain technology and UX in particular. As a Product Manager for applications, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for various products including Kanvas, a white-label Web3 commerce platform, to increase engagement for Tezos.
This is a unique opportunity to take charge of developing and delivering scalable, next-generation UX solutions that will bring in the next set of Web2 users to the Web3 space.
What you'll do Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features based on business impact and customer valueUtilising data and user feedback to enhance the user experience and make informed product decisionsLeading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challengesCollaborating with Design and Software Engineering teams to define the customer journey and create world user experiencesEffectively communicating product requirements, updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholdersDeveloping and communicating clear product strategies aligned with the company vision and goalsInfluencing external partners around Web3 strategyConducting market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunitiesMonitoring industry regulations and compliance standards pertinent to blockchain productsWhat you'll need Previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company (blockchain experience preferred)Experience formulating and driving a product-focused vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers and partnersGeneral passion for the crypto space and avid follower of market trends and developmentsStrong understanding of design best practicesExperience with agile development methodologiesAbility to thrive in a fast–paced and dynamic environmentWhat you can expect from us Generous LTIP tez token schemeFlexible hours and a hybrid working environment; work from home and our dog-friendly office in Soho with access to an onsite gym and media roomLunch delivered daily in the office (Dishoom, Honi Poke, Salad Kitchen - you name it, we've tried it!)Expense up to £2700 per annum for subsidised commuter costs20 day working abroad policy25 days paid holiday and an additional day to celebrate your birthdayEnhanced parental & adoption leave to support you in your journey through parenthoodWe'll double match your pension contribution (allowing you to contribute up to 5% of your gross salary, with us contributing up to 10%)Private medical and travel insurance with AXA from day one, inclusive of mental health supportLearning and development initiatives to empower you in your careerComprehensive life assurance policy of 5x your base salary to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mindWhy you'll love it
