You will take the lead in developing influencer-driven product lines, guiding them from concept to launch.The Role:In this hands-on role, you will partner closely with influencers, internal teams, and external agencies to develop audience-focused products that enhance celebrity brands.
You'll manage the product roadmap for multiple product lines in a fast-paced, start-up environment, ensuring successful launches and ongoing growth.Key Responsibilities:Influencer & Celebrity Collaboration: Work directly with celebrity talent to identify and develop product opportunities that align with their brand.Product Development & Ideation: Lead the creative development of both digital and physical products (e.G., merchandise, limited edition collections).Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and external agencies to scale product development.Monetization & Revenue Strategy: Develop strategies to maximise revenue, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands.Market Research & Insights: Conduct market analysis and gather consumer insights to inform product development and strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive product launches.Performance Metrics & Accountability: Track KPIs and assess product performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Key Qualifications:Experience: Proven product development experience within media, entertainment, influencer, or consumer product sectors.
Experience working with influencers or celebrity brands is highly desirable.Product Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from concept through to successful launch.Product Licensing: Solid experience in product licensing, including negotiating agreements, securing brand collaborations, and managing compliance with legal and IP requirements.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment, managing multiple projects and taking ownership of product outcomes.Influencer & Celebrity Marketing: Strong understanding of influencer culture and how to build successful celebrity brands.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate unique, market-leading product ideas.Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives to tight deadlines.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using insights to refine product offerings and strategies.Tech-Savvy: Proficient with project management tools and e-commerce platforms.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality products that align with brand and market expectations.
