Product Management, London, Full Time, £55,000 - £60,000 / yearJob DescriptionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need an Insight and Analysis Manager to join our Product Operations and Success Team and take the lead on enabling our qualitative and quantitative insights at scale.
This is a new role and you'll be passionate about establishing foundational standard processes and working with senior global partners in both product and the wider organisation.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who can support our Product Managers in conducting research and collaborate with various other functions such as Product Design and Product Marketing.
Ideally, you've already excelled in an insight, research or data-related role at a SAAS company.
Your experience should include crafting frameworks and standardising product metrics, centralising user and market insight and ensuring both qualitative research and quantitative analysis is broadly accessible and consumable.
The role will cover but is not limited to; insights analysis governance processes, data repository management, improving data-related product discovery practices, building core research skills at scale, and people management experience is advantageous although not essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser & Market Insight
Centralise user and market insight, ensuring both qualitative research and quantitative analysis is broadly accessible and consumable by multiple teamsImplement from scratch new user and market insight tools, documentation and practices that are scalable as the business moves into new countriesSupport the Country Enablement team in detailing standard process for local teams to conduct their research successfullyInsight Analysis & Reporting
Evangelise and build a shared understanding of metrics that can be used by Product Groups/TeamsDefine new documentation standards for both user and market insights that allow asynchronous consumption and analysis by global product teamsStreamline insights and analysis reporting methods to enable efficient and higher-quality decision-making at scaleDevelop regular structured reporting for markets to understand how products are performing in and across regions, highlighting trends to improve performancePartner with the Product Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to define how to use market and insight data to continually evolve our product vision and strategyPropose standardised metrics and frameworks that are applicable and useful for Product Groups/TeamsDefine insight analysis projects that will enable the Product SLT to make higher-quality data-informed decisions on the direction of our productsWork closely with the Data Product Group to define a data governance structure and standardised definitions for metrics and data setsPresent methods of analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences and senior collaborators around the organisationWork alongside others in the Product Ops team to define, communicate and put new practices and processes into place across the product organisationSkillsAdvantageous experience would be Insight & Analysis Management in SAAS or related industriesExperience in an insight/research role in a relatable industryExperience working across multiple product teams and at a global scalePrevious experience in a data role, insight or research role, ideally with hands-on experience with, product analytics, business analysis, or similar roles that worked closely with Product/Engineering teamsApplied business analyst skills - highly skilled in SQL, Excel, and data tables and excited to use these skills to deliver significant insights and recommendations to drive product improvementsProven experience working across multiple product teams and work streams concurrently with high fidelity and the ability to manage up effectivelyA sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what types of data are useful for Product teamsAbility to learn fast, understand complex domains, and develop a deep understanding of sophisticated products and their various use casesStrong influencing skills and ability to operate with a high sense of priority, creating clarity of roles and responsibilities in a matrix environmentExperience with implementing operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and scalabilityStrong project management skills with an ability to prioritise, communicate progress, and deliver results across multiple workstreamsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, and able to work cross-functionally, with multiple product groups and at all levels of the organisationComfortable presenting data and insights to senior team members and proposing and implementing new frameworksProficient/Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)The Interview ProcessOnline interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition TeamOnline interview with the Director of Product Ops and the VP of ProductAt Reward Gateway, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
