Your role within the team: Who are we seeking?
The Product Manager for Aurelia will play a pivotal role in overseeing both new and existing products.
This individual will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic plans to launch innovation across Europe, optimize the product portfolio, ensure compliance with regulations, and effectively communicate the science behind the products.
They will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and sales team, to drive the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities Include: Brand Launch Preparation: Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive brand launch strategies.
Assist in creating and refining brand positioning to ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.
Develop launch timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet all deliverables.
New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) Support: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, meeting timelines and budgets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with R&D teams & local teams to ensure marketing considerations are integrated into product design and development.
Manage artwork & label changes in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Design teams Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
Evaluate product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to recommend portfolio adjustments.
Scientific Communication: Translate scientific information into consumer-friendly content for marketing materials.
Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to develop educational content highlighting the science behind the products.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure product compliance with local and international regulations.
Assist the commercial teams across Europe to build product and innovation strategies.
Work closely with Ecommerce/Sales to understand customer feedback and market dynamics.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and implement effective product marketing campaigns.
