Specialising in the design and manufacture of customisable materials within the mechanical engineering space, supplying into all industries with a primary focus on highly regulated industries.
Product Engineering Team Leader - Key Responsibilities: We are looking for someone to take on a 30%/70% role split role- Hands on leading from the front and managing a small team Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of Product Engineers & Commercial Engineering Team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business objectives.
Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of product engineering tools, working practices, and project databases.
Respond to engineering enquiries, produce manufacturing print sets, and support new product/process development in line with the business plan.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers, presenting project outcomes and supporting technical training.
Product Engineering Team Leader - Essential Requirements/Experience: Proven experience / An interest in leading engineering teams and working within cross-functional project environments Strong engineering / manufacturing background Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
