They help us explore, craft and improve intuitive, inspiring digital solutions for our Business Gas Business energy customers.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping an exceptional customer experience across all products and journeys within your squad.
You'll drive dynamic collaboration across teams, working together to create innovative solutions.
By diving deep into customer needs through explorative research, usability testing, and data analysis, you'll uncover valuable insights that will guide your designs.
You'll map and design seamless services and user journeys, crafting experiences that delight our customers.
In close partnership with Product Owners and Tech teams, you'll ship high-quality work that makes an impact.You'll be a champion for user-centred design, setting the standard and inspiring others across the business.
