THE ROLE: We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Designer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
This role blends creative design expertise with technical problem-solving, including practical exposure to AI tools, to craft user-centric, scalable solutions.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, visually engaging, and technically robust features for a property management platform.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle, including market research, wireframing, prototyping, and launching products.
Incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) into workflows to enhance productivity in design and problem-solving.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design solutions that balance creative vision with technical feasibility.
Simplify complex workflows by creating intuitive, step-by-step processes tailored to user needs.
Build and maintain scalable design systems for visual and functional consistency.
Analyse database queries and API interactions to validate design decisions and resolve user issues.
Document proposed data models and API interactions, considering technical constraints.
Monitor post-launch performance, using user feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
ABOUT YOU: Required Skills and Experience: Eligibility to work in the UK.
A university degree is required (Bachelor minimum) 2+ years' experience in a Product Designer, Product Owner, or similar role in a SaaS, startup, or small/medium business environment.
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with a portfolio showcasing user flows and impactful designs.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity.
Understanding of data modelling, API integration, and database queries to support design decisions.
Collaborative experience with developers and cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Desirable Skills: Experience designing and implementing AI-enhanced features like intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or data-driven insights.
Personal Qualities: Attention to detail in design, documentation, and testing.
