We're looking for a creative and hands-on Product Designer to join our team.
You'll help shape our ESG software, turning user needs into intuitive designs, from initial sketches to polished interfaces.
You'll work closely with users, product teams, and engineers to bring ideas to life, keep our design system consistent, and test new features.

What the job involves Build user friendly ESG data and analytics software Design low-fidelity frameworks based on user requirements and work together with users, product team and engineers to move to high-fidelity screens Owner of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in our front-end designs Engage with users for testing of new functionality and roadmap ideation Hybrid Role - Expected to come to London office Who you are You have 2-3 years of experience designing UI and UX for B2B SaaS You are a stand-alone operator and are able to drive outcomes in a context of ambiguity You can gather and synthesize user requirements and turn this into high fidelity designs You have experience collaborating directly with front-end engineers and product managers You are a strong communicator making sure all stakeholders are aware of product design decisions you make You thrive on contributing to marketing efforts, from joining webinars to building product marketing assets Desirable You have experience testing delivered work against your designs and flag any outliers You're used to being part of a agile team and bringing a teamwork mindset Application process Screening call 15 minutes with COO/Product Manager Case study, 60 minutes In person final round
