Product Designer

Flexibility is available based on experience** As the first product designer hire, this role requires hands-on execution and in-depth knowledge of the product and our customers.
It is an in-office role in London.

Responsibilities Own the design and UX of the Coram app on browser and mobile Build the design system and components Work with product teams on improving our app designs and usability, and work with engineers as they deliver these changes.
Continuously test the app, and find places it doesn't match the design and drive alignment Skills and Qualifications A fantastic taste for good design High sense of urgency and drive Experience of having shipped a product where you were the primary owner and decision maker in the product design Your stakeholders will be in California (product and sales team) and London (engineers), so you need to be flexible to get enough overlap with both teams every day.
