The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into stunning, marketable pieces.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative collections that align with our clients' brand aesthetics and target market preferences.
Responsibilities: - Design and develop fashion-forward collections that align with clients' brand aesthetics and target market preferences.
- Research current fast fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their demands and incorporate their feedback into designs.
- Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings of designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to prototype and refine designs, provide support on product features and advantages, and address technical issues.
- Oversee the sampling and production process to ensure the quality and integrity of finished pieces.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications: - A degree in Design or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Designer, with a portfolio showcasing original designs.
- A preference for candidates who have worked with leading retailers or fast fashion brands - Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally for business trip as required.
