Data Product Manager Location: UK Remote – with occasional office visit dependent on business needs Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 The Role The Product Manager supports the innovation and product function, working in an Agile Scrum environment with involvement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
This role focuses on managing data products, from requirements elicitation to development and release, and plays a significant role in scaling product operations.

It starts with requirements elicitation, where the Product Manager gathers insights from stakeholders, users, and market research to define clear and actionable product specifications.
Following this, they oversee the development process, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that the product aligns with both user needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities Own the StREAM by Kortext product and innovate on the delivery of student engagement data to customers Develop and maintain the data Product Roadmap to deliver innovative solutions to the client base.
Filter and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders across the business.
Collaborate with Data Analysts to report and analyze on-site behaviors and monitor product performance using data.
Collaborate with Professional services to co-ordinate Product and service offerings related to StREAM and for new and existing data projects Work with design and development teams to improve product features.
Produce and recommend ongoing improvements to product collateral for new features and customer use cases.
Actively contribute to customer interaction forums.
Ensure KPIs are continually met and exceeded.
Continually review and improve quality standards.
Own and maintain the Data Product Backlog and priorities.
Lead backlog and sprint planning meetings to ensure the SCRUM team is clear on sprint goals, product feature priorities, and deliverables.
Lead sprint review and demo sessions to determine delivered outcomes.
Communicate successes and lessons learned to key stakeholders.
Key skills & Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Product Manager or similar role.
Experience with data products and analytics in a B2B setting.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques (e.g., user journey mapping, process mapping).
Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Proficiency and written and oral communication/presentations to executive leaderships and customers Desirables Proficiency with Atlassian Tooling (Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps Experience with SCRUM.
Knowledge of higher education software and working practices.

Work environment: A hybrid contract whereby x to x days (per week) will be required in the office.
