About the Job As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role and responsibility in delivering a range of consultancy services; training, data transfers, implementation assistance and advice for our Brightly products which is mainly deployed in the Public Sector/Local Authority Domain.
This is primarily for our industry leading enterprise asset management software, enabling asset owners and partners to manage assets collaboratively, but may include our other globally used products .
The Product Consultant role is home-based (ideally within the South of the UK) with a requirement to travel to various client sites within the UK and some opportunity for international travel.
The Product Consultant will be responsible for: • Providing consultation, structured training courses, configuration, data transfers, report writing and implementation assistance • Advising clients on best practice business processes and the successful set up and operation of Brightly products • Deploy the implementation of Brightly products as advised by Project Manager and working collaboratively with the team • Developing and reviewing supporting documentation and tools - always looking for ways to continuously improve • Self-motivated to develop new skills or techniques to grow and develop a career Qualifications, Skills & Experience required: • Experience as a Product Consultant or in a similar role • Confirm expertise is desirable but not a pre-requisite • Attention to detail and effective communication skills • Technical abilities - SQL, Excel skills, ETL tools, XML • Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment • Innovative person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equal opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
