About Vega Vega is building the distribution operating system ("AltOS") for the alternatives industry, empowering asset managers to efficiently service and scale their client base in an era of hypergrowth for alternatives.
Through a single unified Core engine, Vega orchestrates previously siloed offline processes across pre-trade, execution and post-trade client operations, while enabling asset managers to distribute their products through a scalable "Alternatives-as-a-Service" framework.

Role description Contribute to a hypergrowth tech venture: Play a key supporting role in developing innovative products in a product-driven hypergrowth venture that transforms the private markets industry Shape Vega's product roadmap: Work closely with a senior product manager to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in product management.
Assist in scoping, development, and cross-functional coordination while learning the essentials of product management in a supportive learning role Work in a flat hierarchy: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams in a transparent and laser-focused environment Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Get exposure to senior leaders from Vega's customers (alternative asset managers) and contribute to discussions that shape our company's trajectory Focus on customer value: Help ensure that our products address real customer needs, as you develop an understanding of the end-user challenges and market trends.
Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in investment banking, consulting or a hypergrowth fintech Excellent problem-solving abilities Outstanding client-facing communication skills Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment Hungry to hone your product management skillset
