Your Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and visualize data to uncover actionable insights and identify opportunities for product improvements.
Product Performance Evaluation: Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and recommend strategies to optimize outcomes.
Market Research: Understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive product strategies.
User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine usability through research, testing, and feedback.
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to document user stories and product specifications.
A/B Testing: Design and analyze tests to evaluate the impact of new features or changes.
Reporting & Presentation: Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to stakeholders and teams.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven background in data analysis, UX evaluation, and stakeholder management.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like GA4, Clarity, Amplitude, Miro, Notion, and Trello.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for managing cross-functional relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate diverse tasks and align projects with strategic goals.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and balance relationships effectively.
