Athena Productions  is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Producer to join our growing team.
In this important role, you will be instrumental in driving our production and development processes, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all projects.
As Producer, your expertise in managing schedules, resources, communication, and workflows will be vital to the success of both our internal and external projects.
Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills will help us consistently meet and exceed our clients' expectations, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
Responsibilities Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects both external and internal stay within budget and on schedule.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact.
Help to suggest and implement new workflows and processes that will help the growing team.
Track project progress, address risks, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
Communicate with senior management project progress and quality.
Focused on getting things done, while helping to find solutions, able to navigate change and adjust direction when necessary, while aligning with our clients needs.
Requirements Great communication skills, while being approachable and friendly.
Self-motivated, with a team player mentality.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
At least 3+ years working in a production role in the video game industry.
In-depth understanding of games and art production pipeline.
UK based - unfortunately we cannot provide Visa assistance at this time.
Willingness to travel to events if needed.
