What you'll do Your key accountabilities will include: Leads strategy and implementation of Transformation Plans across all Produce Core Category groups, driving real change and market-leading innovation.
Never rests in their pursuit for ultimate quality at every tier and puts the customer at the heart of every product related decision.
Demonstrates the ability to take partners on a journey and influences and leads strategy throughout the wider business.
Carry out all Programme Management activities including programme planning, risk and issue management, decision logs, reporting and governance, benefit/ KPI measurement.
Collaborate with teams across the business, including Trading, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, Range & Display and Retail to develop fully integrated category plans that can be delivered effectively and efficiently.
Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Consistent track record at communicating, negotiating and influencing at all levels.
Ability to handle and lead colleagues & supply base to drive a high-performance culture, pushes boundaries and encourages others to do the same.
Supportive, approachable, adaptable, resilient and positive.
A clear decision maker, able to provide clarity to their team.
A strong strategic planner, using market and customer data to develop product propositions, ensuring we lead the market with a consistent record of clear and successful range strategies.
