Procurement Transformation Manager

We have been engaged by a client to find a Procurement Transformation Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering process improvements and conducting data analysis within complex organisations.
Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of procurement process changes across a group-wide structure.
Establish and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Design and implement a new supplier onboarding framework from the ground up.
Manage data analytics and KPI reporting using Power BI.
Conduct thorough assessments of systems and processes while providing expert analysis and recommendations.
Support the implementation of a new procurement system (either procure-to-contract or procure-to-order).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement or category management.
Extensive knowledge of procurement policies and processes.
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders to engage with the procurement process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
