Procurement Specialist

Title: Procurement Specialist Sector: Logistics & Supply Chain Location: Southampton / hybrid working options Salary & Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with an international logistics business who are currently looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to join their busy procurement function.
The role will report into the Senior Procurement Manager and will be responsible the sourcing of good and services, as well as implement procurement strategy.
The role is based from their Southampton site and they are currently operating a hybrid working model.

Role & Responsibilities Report into and work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager Ensure procurement procedures are complied with by internal stakeholders and suppliers Liaise with internal stakeholders to review and clarify requirements to ensure that value for money Implementation procurement strategy and policies Experience & Requirements Experience of working in a similar position in procurement or purchasing Ideally will have experience working within the logistics, supply chain or warehousing sectors Relevant education or qualification would be beneficial but not essential
