You'll be educated to a degree level or equivalent, and you'll have experience of leading strategic and business critical supplier relationships and contracts to deliver sustainable improvements.Prior experience in a financial services or a similar regulatory environment would be beneficial.You'll also demonstrate:A proven track record and experience with contract law and legal knowledge relevant to Sourcing & ProcurementExperience of applying supply chain skills and techniques to positively disrupt business strategy and outcomesA proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues within a procurement environmentC-Suite stakeholder engagement is a mustExperience of the end to end procurement life cycle, including strategy development, strategic sourcing, supplier selection processes, contract and commercial negotiation, onboarding and ongoing contract and supplier relationship management Software Tech sourcing experience ideallyA proven track record of successful negotiation on complex and high value dealsExperience in cost, financial management and Agile ways of working
