Procurement Manager (Indirect & Direct) - Transformation Location: Berkshire (Hybrid basis, 1-2 times per week)

What You'll Bring: Strategic Vision: Drive forward strategic change across diverse spend areas, covering both indirect services and direct goods/equipment Innovative Thinking: Introduce new ideas to enhance commercial value and modernise procurement's impact Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategies in line with broader organisational goals Good understanding of pre and post-deal processes and experience in complex supply chain environments Benefits: Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, plus bonus package.

Annual Leave: 26 days increasing to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
