As Procurement Manager, your role will play a fundamental part in the organisation's procurement of direct and indirect spends.
You will be leading a small team of buyers and executives to ensure value for money on all products and services, whilst maintaining optimum levels of service and quality.
Due to your management responsibilities, you will have experience in managing and motivating a team, including conducting 1-2-1's, performance reviews and career aspirations.
You will source and manage all aspects of spend throughout the business, both direct and indirect whilst being overall responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for procurement - from initial evaluation to proposals, approval and contracts.
You will be skilled in being able to reduce risk in the supply chain by creating alternative source options for all products and services, whilst maintaining quality.
Of course, you will manage the commercial relationships with key suppliers as well as manage monthly updates, report on measured KPI's and supplier performance.
