We're looking for a Procurement Manager, to lead all procurement activities for Luxion Group.
You will continue to develop the procurement mind set, oversee policies and procedures and work with stakeholders to understand and deliver all sourcing requirements.
What does this role involve?
You will lead a team of procurement specialists, who support stakeholders in sourcing goods and services for the Luxion Group.
Day to day, you will; be responsible for the procurement cycle including; strategic sourcing, contract management, requisition, purchasing, analysing and managing suppliers; work collaboratively with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements and provide guidance and direction on contract negotiations; drive competitive pricing through negotiation with suppliers; draft, evaluate and execute contractual agreements; utilise procurement and other systems (Medius, D365, Power BI) and drive purchase order and purchase requisition uptake; Who are we looking for?
Your understanding of what good looks like in the workings of a procurement department will allow you to continue to support and develop your team.
Your knowledge of procurement software (Medius) and associated applications such as D365 and Power BI will enable you to work with accurate data and continue the roll out of purchase order and a purchase requisition lead approach.
Your stakeholder skills and collaborative approach will allow you to fully understand requirements and offer meaningful guidance and support throughout the full procurement life cycle.
Your commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills will support the delivery of best value outcomes for the business.
Adaptability will allow you to flex your approach within a dynamic and fast paced and entrepreneurial organisation.
Your CIPS qualification will showcase your understanding of purchasing and your dedication and professionalism in this role.
Most of the team work remotely, however, they love to come together face to face to maintain relationships and collaborate on projects.
