Procurement Manager

Location: 2 days in the office (Hertfordshire), 3 days WFH Salary: Competitive salary, 10% bonus, matched pension 8%, 25 days holiday (plus bh) Position: Permanent Start Date: ASAP I'm working with a PE backed SME with 15% YoY growth plans, they're a fast paced consumer business with lots of change looking for their next Procurement Manager to oversee both direct and indirect spends .
Leading and developing a team of two.
Key Responsibilities: Autonomy and responsibility for end-to-end procurement process for both existing product and NPD.
Ensure agreements with all key manufacturers and suppliers worldwide (majority of supplier UK & Europe).
Collaboration across the business both internally and externally, delivering value, competitive cost.
While ensuring alignment to quality and ESG strategies.
Managing price forecasting and building reports for annual budgets.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, scaling business with lots of change Experience from a business with fast moving goods Perfect world (not essential); FMCG, food, drinks, ingredients, co-pack manufacturing
