The Role: As a Procurement Manager, you will be a key commercial business partner, driving value across Collinson Group through innovative and sustainable procurement strategies.
You'll lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, manage commercial contracts, and collaborate with various teams to build positive third-party relationships.
What You'll Do: Build strong relationships across the group, working with teams including Marketing, Technology, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Risk.
Lead sourcing initiatives from requirements definition to commercial contract closure.
Support contract dispute resolution and effective contract management.
Collaborate with our Sustainability team to deliver sustainable sourcing initiatives.
Analyse spend, review contracts, and develop subcategory plans.
Drive procurement governance processes and systems development.
About You: Degree or professional procurement qualification (e.g., MCIPS or equivalent).
Knowledge of procurement and sustainable sourcing legislation and market trends.
Experience in leading sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations.
Excellent presentation, reporting, and project management skills.
Passionate about driving sustainable business practices.
Strong data management skills and experience in a global matrix organization.
A communicator and influencer, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
