Procurement Graduate

To support the Paper for Recovery Procurement Manager to ensure the supply of paper for recycling in accordance with the group policy & strategy.
To fulfill the raw material requirements within the budget constraints whilst meeting the sites health & safety, quality and safety policies.
This position is for a 3 year fixed term basis.
As part of the graduate scheme, you will need to attend modules at our headquaters in Zaragoza, Spain (twice a year).
Purchasing and Procurement: Monitor and report on the supply and stocks of raw materials.
Ensure a satisfactory level of stock to ensure paper production Report and follow up in the event of deviations from monthly forecasts Participate in the annual budgeting process for the supply of Paper for Recycling Plan consumption to determine required replenishment stock and stock levels.
Liasing internally and externally to ensure correct stock levels through the most effective supply channels.
Participate in meetings with suppliers and customers.
Participate in audits Monitor and report on quality Statistics and reporting Maintain and report statistics necessary for good management.
Complete and report on KPI's.
Report to line manager on availability and stocks (actual and forecast), quality of raw materials, costs Extraction, analysis and presentation of statistics /data Forecasting Administrative management Issuing orders Manage/monitor supply of raw material Managing daily activities.
Manage system databases (data entry and maintenance) Reporting Data extraction and analysis MIN REQUIREMENTS: - Business Admin Degree -Health and safety focused.
