The role: This role will support robust governance, risk and process for Procurement across Lloyd's.
This role will be responsible for evolving best practices, delivering projects, supporting risk management within procurement and coordinating activities related to supplier onboarding, audits, compliance and meeting regulatory requirements.
Principal Accountabilities Assisting the Procurement Governance and Process Manager and Head of Procurement Governance to continue to develop a best in-class function with long term vision to deliver a sustainable approach to all third party sourcing and supplier management whilst minimising risk and driving efficiencies.
Supporting the delivery of procurement governance and process projects on time and in-full and identifying areas for process improvement.
Facilitating the procurement risk management activities including bi-annual review of the departments risk register, facilitating the risk control self attestation (RCSA) process and coordinating the quarterly supplier risk groups with the relevant subject matter experts.
This includes tracking and coordinating the completion of associated actions.
Coordinating onboarding activities for material/critical third parties including due diligence to meet internal and external requirements.
Provide expert, authoritative advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of procurement governance, policy and process.
Support the delivery of procurement training to the business and internal procurement team.
Production of ad-hoc management information for procurement team and other key stakeholders for appropriate committees and forums.
Support on all compliance and internal audit exercises on behalf of Procurement to ensure actions are completed within timelines along with the relevant sign-off and attestations are met within the appropriate timeframes.
Continuing to work collaboratively with Risk Management, Regulatory Engagement, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Financial Crime and Operations to implement procurement initiatives and ensure the governance framework is fit for purpose.
Keep procurement materials up to date and correct including MyLloyd's pages, Lloyds.com, Playbook and supporting with the annual policy review.
