Class Technology Solutions (CTS) is a leading Education ICT solutions provider that provides consultancy, infrastructure services, network development and upgrades, and managed support services to educational establishments throughout the UK. CTS seeks to develop and bring to market innovative solutions.
  An opportunity has risen for a bright, conscientious individual to join our Procurement team, delivering first class administrative and support services to our customers and internal consultants.
You will be central to our school-to-school sales process from dealing with business as usual requests and purchasing of product as well as gaining quotations for our account managers and developing day-to-day relationships with our suppliers.
  Based in Crawley and reporting to the Procurement Manager - our ideal candidate needs to be a good communicator, provide great customer service and excellent attention to detail.
The candidate will need good IT knowledge with ability to use different systems - particularly our CRM (training will be provided) to ensure that quotes/orders that are converted effectively to sales orders, products are ordered on time and the customer is kept informed throughout.
