In this role you will play a vital part in assisting clients by understanding their requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring optimal solutions.
You will be responsible for preparing quotes and tender bids, negotiating with suppliers from both technical and commercial perspectives.

Over time, you will become a key point of contact for clients, addressing their technical and commercial inquiries regarding quotes and purchase orders.
Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers within the industry.
Analyse client requests and projects from a technical standpoint to assess feasibility and offer suitable solutions.
Scrutinise and challenge supplier quotes, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry standards.
Challenge supplier contract terms to secure favourable agreements for the organisation.
Meet sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to clients.
Follow detailed client processes and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Skills & Experience: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotes and contracts.
Strong telephone manner when engaging with clients and suppliers.
Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find suitable solutions.
