You will be putting residents first and supporting them in Temporary Accommodation when they experience repair and other property issues.
It's all about working closely with our Temporary Accommodation Managing Agents to ensure that our accommodation portfolio stays safe, secure and in good condition for households in housing need, then following up with effective contract monitoring.
On top of your core duties, you'll implement impactful operational plans that fit with our wider strategy as a council.

You'll also need to be energetic, enthusiastic and resourceful, with a genuine passion for property.
Ideally, you'll be qualified to carry out property inspections under the Housing Health and Safety Rating system, but this isn't essential.
In return, you can look forward to a package that includes a competitive salary, a high-quality pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent learning and development opportunities.
