Essential Ingredients Good knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Ariba (desirable), understanding of P2P & E-sourcing Processes and Proficient IT skills (Excel) Strong analytical skills, having the capacity to interpret, understand and act upon data through numeric, commercial and verbal reasoning, and with the capacity to solve problems and make decisions.
Excellent planning and organisation skills, with an organised and disciplined approach, being able to work simultaneously on recurring tasks and ad hoc requests.
Excellent communication skills: influential, persuasive and articulate in both written and verbal methods; communicate to stakeholders in relation to change within the operation.
Excellent relationship builder- establishing credibility with both internal and external contacts at all levels.
Able to operate independently, away from direct line management, and be able to manage own workload and priorities to ensure all tasks and commitments are met.
The Recipe The Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement team through the provision of managing the RFI, RFP process, analysis of spend data and timely compliance reporting, focussed on the principles of efficiency and service, and building credible relationships with stakeholders.
You'll provide analytical support and data analysis to the Buyers in the execution of their roles and focus on improving the accuracy, performance and quality of both the data, and the insights that can be gleaned from it.
You will also be responsible for the periodic provision of Spend analysis and support the ongoing contract management of group deals including: Generation of compliance process reports.
Share insight to support driving improved compliance Supplier Performance Reporting - To provide KPI reports for suppliers including the issue and analysis of performance questionnaires, in order to manage supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
You'll generate and manage tenders using the E-Sourcing system under the supervision of the Buyers and be responsible for maintaining and updating RFI/RFP templates within the sourcing system as well as provide cover for the Procurement assistant to ensure continuity of procurement processes at all times.About Us: As 'the UK's No.
