Description Key Responsiblities as a Procurement Administrator: Data Management: * Ensure daily tasks with regards to system updates an d pricing updates are completed * Assist and lead in data preparation for category reviews and tenders * Request, review, analyse and report on Supplier Data * Assist in analysis of rebate tracker data and the chasing of trackers with suppliers * Co-ordinate new supplier set-ups and approvals through our onboarding processes and systems in conjunction with the Supply Chain Team * Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System.
* Support business sourcing requirements and ensure rebate detail from contracts is accurately captured on the trackers.
General Admin: * Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams to ensure that the product and price files are continuously and accurately updated.
* Support the Team on key project deliveries.
* Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedur es.
* Communicate effectively with logistics and disseminate information across the buying team.
Supplier Performance Management: * Compliance report analysis for key suppliers * Provide input to Monthly Supplier Reviews * Support and attend Monthly Supplier Reviews where required.
Profile * Experience of working in buying function or procurement team is beneficial but not essential.
* Ability to self start and work off own initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team focus.
* Ability to establish, build and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally.
* Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work and deliver to deadlines.
* Ability to prioritise workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks.
* Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel.
