As a P2P Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, streamlined, and efficient global Procure-to-Pay processes.
With a strong focus on operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, you'll ensure the integrity of financial data while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Performance and Delivery (70%) Execute standardised processes, systems, and controls compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
Manage supplier invoices Process subcontractor applications for payment Manage employee expenses Statement reconciliations Manage supplier master data Continuous Improvement (30%) Drive improvements in Shared Services Centre (SSC) effectiveness and efficiency through continuous process enhancements.
