We are looking to recruit a Process Technician, working with a leading manufacturer of sustainable feeds and oil.
This role will ensure that production targets are not only achieved within a safe and efficient manner, but in line with company and regulatory standards.
This role works 4 days on (7am – 7pm), 4 days off, 4 nights on (7pm – 7am).
Responsibilities of the Process Technician: Ensure all production targets are achieved by the safe operating of all plant processes.
Ensure all the routine sampling and testing of production processes are carried out and recorded.
Check that all assigned safety and preventative maintenance is undertaken within agreed schedules.
If needed assist the maintenance team on any issues which arise on the plant.
Ensure that company compliance procedures and methods are adhered to.
Any production related waste is moved to the disposal areas in the most efficient time.
Complete records and reports around process data.
Submit any safety issue reports.
What we are looking for in the Process Technician: Knowledge of SCADA and PLC based plant operations.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
A proactive approach to delivering key actions.
Ability to work to tight deadlines both within a team and on own initiative.
