Role Overview: Load and prepare components for the production line, adhering to specific procedures and time requirements.
This position is physically demanding and requires efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM Total weekly hours: 39.25 Candidate Requirements: Strong motivation and the ability to work with precision.
Capable of maintaining a high pace while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.
Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation as needed.
