We're hiring Process Operators for our site in Cardiff.
If you're passionate about operational excellence, safety, and quality, this is the role for you!
About the Role As a Process Operator, you'll support the Team Leader to achieve optimal line performance, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products.
You'll bring your expertise to operate equipment, maintain GMP standards, and contribute to a collaborative and motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities Safety: Promote a culture of safety compliance and proactive hazard identification.
Follow strict safety procedures during setup, operation, and adjustments of equipment.
Support accident investigations, corrective actions, and share learnings.
Quality: Help maintain high customer quality standards using "right-first-time" methodology.
Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
People: Align and engage with the team to meet production targets.
Ensure Operators understand how their actions impact equipment performance.
Balance operational efficiency with uncompromised safety and quality.
Delivery & Cost: Assist in minimizing downtime and inefficiencies on the line.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
Understand and address cost drivers, such as yield, waste, and giveaways.
About You Essential: experience in manufacturing, processing, and operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under own initiative.
